General Notes for English courses:
You can enrol most Mondays.
When Monday is a public holiday, courses start the following Tuesday.
There is a Booking Fee of £50, payable on your first course only. If you require a Student Visa to study in the UK, there is a booking fee of £70 for TIER 4 CAS student, and there is a £250 Tier 4 General Student Visa administration fee incase of refusal, or a £150 Student Visitor Visa administration fee incase of refusal.
Minimum age: The minimum age is 16.* There is no upper age limit.
* We do not provide Accommodation for students under the age of 18 *
Class size: 20 Students Maximum for English courses.
Study materials: Students are required to buy a course book and should allow £15 to £20. Students on longer courses may be required to buy another course book.
Please NOTE: The academy will be closed for Easter break and Christmas break (December - 4 weeks).

Admissions
1. Download and complete the Enrolment Form and provide details of when you would like to start the course.
2. Pay your course fees.
3. Once we have received your payment a confirmation letter will be sent/faxed to you stating when your course starts and acknowledging receipt of your fees.
4. Please allow at least two weeks for the processing of your application.
Conditions for Admission
All prospective students must agree to the following conditions before sending the application form.
1. Students who require a visa must comply with UKBA regulations.
2. Course fees must be fully paid before the commencement of the course.
3. Fees are non-refundable in the case of late arrival, non-attendance or cancellation of a course. Fees are non-transferable to any other individual.
Methods of Payment
1. You can pay by International Bank Transfer. However, we may add a surcharge to the cost of your course, to cover bank charges.
2. You can also pay by Cheque or Euro Travellers Cheque made payable to London Empire Academy.
3. You can pay by Cash.
